A new month means new 3D models. This month I received from Print Your Monsters some cool skeletons and 3 big creatures. Also, a painting contest was announced. Rules are simple, print one of the big monsters and paint it. I love these things because they help me improve my painting.
A dear friend helped me chose the model, I went for the Angel of Death. I printed it on my Photon S. I only had clear resin left.
I sprayed the model with grey primer.
I started a transition from bright red to yellow.
I painted the wings white and washed them with a light blue.
I finished my transitions, added some blood and I weathered the robe a bit.
