Kick-off:
For this game we have perfect weather. Skaven win the roll-off and chose to be the attacker. The ball is set on the far back and bounces out of the pitch.
Skaven Turn 1:
I give the ball to one of the Gutter Runners advance and boxed the ball so in second turn I would dodge the adversary and get behind enemy lines. One of the blitzers managed to knock down an Orc blitzer. The second blitzer got knock down when trying to flee from a Black Orc. TURNOVER!
Orcs Turn 1:
They block the path for the ball and Black Orcs kill a lineman and knock down a blitzer.
Skaven Turn 2:
I get my guys up and try to make a path for the ball but my Thrower get KO'd and the Orc is just knocked down. TURNOVER!
Orcs Turn 2:
Simple tactic... keep pounding. A lineman gets stunned, a lineman and a blitzer get knocked down.
Skaven Turn 3:
My blitzer gets up, fails the dodge.
TURNOVER!
Orcs Turn 3:
POUND...POUND...POUND... a lineman dies.
Skaven Turn 4:
I manage to get my guys up and out of combat, I grab the ball and pass it on the other side of the board. the final Gutter Runner fails the dodge and again turnover.
Orcs Turn 4:
They go after the ball and make me drop it.
Skaven Turn 5:
I pick up the ball pass it to a Gutter Runner fails the dodge and TURNOVER!
Orcs Turn 5:
They grab the ball and box it.
Skaven Turn 6:
I gather my guys to go for the box with no success.
Orcs Turn 6:
They get most of my guys down and advance.
Skaven Turn 7:
Since the ball was exposed, I could drop the guy, but yet again the Gutter Runner fails the dodge.
Orcs Turn 7:
They stun the Gutter Runner in front of the ball and pound everybody else. Ball get really close to a touchdown and it's heavily defended.
Skaven Turn 8:
There was no way I could have stopped the ball so I tried to drop one of the enemy blitzers, instead my Gutter Runner got knock down.
Orcs Turn 8:
The lonely Black Orc kills another of my lineman and then the Orcs score a TOUCHDOWN!!! Now Orcs lead 1 - 0.
Half Time:
I add the lineman from reserves and Orcs exchange one lineman with a thrower.
Ball is set and bounces near the right edge of the pitch.
Orcs Turn 9:
They grab the ball, box it and start breaking heads dropping a blitzer and a thrower.
Skaven Turn 9:
I try to move everybody on the side with the ball.(A Gutter Runner was moved after the photo was taken). I fail the dodge on a blitzer. TURNOVER!
Orcs Turn 10:
Black Orc pushes my Gutter Runners and the box advances. The rest keep knocking my guys down.
Skaven Turn 10:
I fail the dodge on a blitzer. TURNOVER!
Orcs Turn 11:
Gutter Runners get punched really bad and one of them gets KO'd. Box continues to advance.
Skaven Turn 11:
I fail the dodge on a Gutter Runner and dies. TURNOVER!
Orcs Turn 12:
They just score and I call it a game.
Final score Skaven 0 - 2 Orcs.
Game ends with clear Orc victory. I had 4 dead and 2 KO'd, there was no way I could have caught up.
I had really bad rolls. Every first die was a 1 ending my turn. The game was one sided, Orcs played by themselves and I was a spectator to a carnage.
Skaven are really cool, they can move fast from one side to another and have good agility.
