Herald of Khorne

I started to paint a lot of miniatures, but I didn't finish any of them. Last night I managed to put on all the details on this Herald of Khorne.

White Demon from Novac Dawn unboxing

I have something special to show today, a resin kit made in my hometown.
At this year Comic Con, I met the creators of a new company that is making resin models. For the moment they have only one model, but they already have the concept art for the next ones and they plan to create a board game. The model is called "White Demon" and can be purchased here.

Speaker Noise Marines

I felt that my Noise Marines didn't had enough decibels so I made some speakers for them. I 3D printed the face of the speakers and I build the rest out of plastic sheets.

Hunter Bella Fit

I got some models from Kickstarter. I liked the quality and how they look, so I checked out their web site. I found a couple of female characters from Star Wars. I never painted something for my wife and I thought that this female Boba Fett would be a nice surprise, as he is one of her favourite character from the saga.
Just like the other miniatures from Heresy Lab the models need a bigger base, then I added some rocks and sand.

Gameboy case replacement

After many months of waiting, my Gameboy case replacements, Xbox D-pads and special screwdrivers have arrived from China. Both consoles need atypical screwdrivers so I bought some from AliExpress.

On the left are the old and on the right are the new D-pads.

New and old Gameboy classic case.

Old and new Gameboy Advance case.

Here is a part of my console collection.

Batman

I got this bad boy from the flea market for 2$. He was beat up, didn't had a base and the glue was so old that it could not hold the miniature together.

Romeo and Juliet engraving

My mother in law asked me to paint this engraving that she bought many years ago. I cleaned it, then I airbrushed some primer to stop the gypsum from sucking all the paint.

Graveyard diorama

After I painted the ghosts from Nightvault, created a place for them to haunt. I bought a plywood, a lot of PVA glue and I had some styrofoam hanging around.

The Thorns of the Briarqueen

From the beginning I want to say that, for now, this warband will not be completely painted. I started these models for an event at work. I want to show the process of painting a miniature from start to finish.

Alien King

Happy birthday to Alien! In 1979 this masterpiece appeared and changed the Horror Sci-fi genre. Thank to H.R. Giger this perfect creature was brought to the big screen. As an honor, I painted an Alien King.
I sprayed the model with grey primer.

I painted a guitar

My father had this guitar standing around so I took it and painted it. I looked on youtube on how to paint flames and this was a good example. I made a stencil and started airbrushing. This is the final result. The guitar will be sprayed with a coat of gloss to lock the paint.

10 before 30: Warhammer World England

So here's number 10! A few months before turning 30, the quest was completed with an outstanding visit to Warhammer World, the source of all magic.

A couple of hours' train ride from London, Nottingham is a charming English city, but who's got time to play tourist when Warhammer World is just a short taxi ride from the train station?

It can take a full day to enjoy all of it and then even more to let it sink in, because there's a lot to see, so much it's overwhelming. First time, people take a lot of photos, to enjoy later, but a second visit would actually give you the time to chill and look things over thoroughly.
The dioramas are impressive, way bigger than you would expect, some are the size of a living room. However, after much time and effort, still didn't manage to find the assassin on The Battle for Angelus Prime.
Also, have your piggy bank ready, because you'll smash it as soon as you enter the Warhammer World shop.
I had the oportunity to meet Max one of the Lead Designers from GW and the legend "two thin coats" Duncan.
