Abaddon the Despoiler

Finally finish Abaddon just in time for a contest made by The Hobby Shop. Let me just say it was not easy, mistakes were made, most likely I will repaint the model one day, improving on its many floss.

Contemptor Dreadnought

I painted this mini for a contest. I made a sketch how some body parts would look like and tried some patterns. For the body, I looked at Giger's "Brain Salad Surgery".

Prometheus Engineer

I've been waiting for two months for this beast to arrive. He is 55 cm tall and it's a copy of the original model from sideshow collectibles. It wasn't cheap, but it's the biggest Engineer that I could find on the market.

I restored a chest

I filled the holes with epoxy, then I sanded the whole box. I applied gold paint that removes rust from metal. I painted the box with ivory and the bolts with metallic. Finally I added handles on the sides.

Horus Heresy: Terminator Captain

I signed up for a painting competition with this model, so I tried to be extra careful when painting it. I removed the mould lines and added holes on the gun muzzle.

Cthulhu V2

I printed and painted another Cthulhu from Print Your Monsters but this time I went with the classic green.

Lord of the Print - Ankhing

I got the model from the Patreon page of Lord of the Prints. Awesome models and you receive them pre-supported. For the base I mixed yellow with a bit of gold and bronze in order to get a bit of colour shifting. I used water effect instead of blood.

I kept the colour scheme of the bug simple, I wanted it to look like the Pokemon Scyther.
